Michael Harrak holds race-fields publication and use approvals or has entered into race-fields agreements with those authorities, and pays the applicable race-fields fees, in accordance with the race-fields legislation in force in each State and Territory in which it accepts wagers on racing events.

Michael Harrak cooperates fully with all Australian principal racing authorities and VGCCC on wagering integrity matters. All odds are fixed-odds and accepted prior to race commencement in accordance with Australian interactive gambling law.
