Responsible Wagering Tools

Deposit Limits
You can set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you deposit into your PUND123.BET account. Once set, no deposits can be made that would exceed your chosen limit for that period.
- Lowering a limit — takes effect immediately.
- Increasing a limit — held for a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period. You must re-confirm the increase after the 7 days have elapsed before it becomes active.
- Removing a limit — treated as an increase. The same 7-day cooling-off and re-confirmation requirement applies.
- Annual review prompt — once per year you will be prompted to review your deposit limit settings and confirm they remain appropriate for you.

Session Time Limits
Set a maximum session length. A reminder appears as your limit approaches.
Reality Checks
Receive a pop-up reminder of your session length and activity at regular intervals.
Cool-Off Period
Take a break: 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account is paused, not closed.
Self-Exclusion
Exclude yourself for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. Includes BetStop referral.
Account Closure
Close your account at any time. Outstanding balances are returned.
Wager Limits
Limit the maximum stake per individual bet.

Activity Statements
PUND123.BET automatically generates account activity statements so you can keep track of your wagering behaviour. Each statement summarises your deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, wins and losses for the relevant period.
- Your first statement is issued 14 days after your account is opened.
- Monthly statements are then generated automatically and available in your account.
- You can download a statement for any period at any time from Account Settings → Activity Statements.
