Account Closure
& Withdrawals

Last updated: 29 May 2026  |  Operator: PUNT 123 PTY LTD  |  Regulator: VGCCC

Your money is yours. You can withdraw your available balance or close your account at any time. This page explains how withdrawals and closures work, how long they take, and what happens to your funds.

1. Withdrawing Your Funds

You can request a withdrawal of your available (withdrawable) balance at any time from Account → Withdraw. Funds are returned to the verified payment method used to deposit, in Australian dollars.

  • Processing time: withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Methods: debit card or bank transfer. We do not accept or pay out to credit cards.
  • Identity: we must have completed identity verification before paying out (see AML/CTF, Identity & Funds).

2. Fees

We do not charge a fee for withdrawals. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside our control. Any operator fee, were one ever introduced, would be disclosed to you before it applied.

3. When a Withdrawal May Be Delayed or Withheld

We may pause a withdrawal where we are required to verify your identity or source of funds, where we have a reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, or where required by law or by our licence conditions. We will tell you what we need and act without undue delay once it is provided.

4. Closing Your Account

You can close your account at any time by contacting us at support@pund123.bet or via Account Settings. On closure we will settle any open bets under our betting rules and return your remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method.

If you are closing your account because of gambling harm, please consider self-exclusion instead, which also prevents you re-opening an account during the exclusion period.

5. Open Bets at Closure

Closing your account does not void bets already accepted. Open bets stand and are settled in the normal way under the betting rules; winnings are paid to you and losses are deducted from your balance before any refund.

6. Dormant and Inactive Accounts

An account with no activity for 12 months is treated as dormant. We will attempt to contact you before taking any action. Funds in dormant accounts are held securely. Unclaimed balances are dealt with in accordance with applicable Victorian unclaimed money legislation.
