1. No Inducements

Consistent with Victorian law, we do not advertise or offer inducements to open a betting account, to refer another person, or to bet — including sign-up bonuses, bonus bets, free bets, deposit matches, refunds as bonus bets, or “boosted” offers. Our Ways to Bet page describes bet types only, not offers.

2. If We Run a Promotion

Where we run a promotion that is permitted by law (for example a product feature available to all eligible customers), it will be governed by these terms together with any specific terms published with that promotion. If the two conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

3. Full and Clear Terms

Any permitted promotion will state, up front and in plain language: who is eligible, what is required to participate, any time limits, and how it can end. We will not hide, omit, or misrepresent a material condition. Odds and prices can change, and we will say so where relevant.

4. Eligibility

Participation is limited to verified account holders aged 18 or over who are not self-excluded and who are accessing the Platform lawfully. Employees of PUNT 123 PTY LTD and their immediate family are excluded from promotions.

Customers who have activated operator-level self-exclusion are also excluded from all promotions and promotional messaging for the duration of the exclusion.

5. Fair Use

Promotions are intended for genuine individual customers. We may withdraw a promotion, or void participation, where we reasonably identify abuse, collusion, multiple accounts, or activity inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. See our Terms & Conditions.

6. Responsible Participation
