& Anti-Match-Fixing

Last updated: 29 May 2026  |  Operator: PUNT 123 PTY LTD  |  Regulator: VGCCC

Sport is only worth betting on if it is honest. PUNT 123 PTY LTD has zero tolerance for match-fixing, corruption, and the misuse of inside information, and we cooperate fully with sporting bodies and law-enforcement to protect the integrity of the events we offer.

1. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may be criminal offences:

  • Match-fixing or spot-fixing — arranging or attempting to arrange the outcome or any element of an event.
  • Betting on events you can influence, or using or passing on inside information for betting.
  • “Courtsiding” — transmitting live data from a venue for betting advantage.
  • Using bots, automated systems, or coordinated accounts to place bets.

2. Who Must Not Bet

Participants in an event — including players, coaches, officials, and their support staff — and anyone with access to inside information must not bet on that sport where rules prohibit it. It is your responsibility to know the rules that apply to you.

3. Monitoring & Suspicious Activity

We monitor betting patterns for signs of suspicious or corrupt activity. We may suspend markets, void bets, restrict accounts, and withhold payment where we reasonably suspect integrity has been compromised, pending investigation.

4. Information Sharing

We may share account, transaction and betting information with sports controlling bodies, integrity units, the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), and law-enforcement where permitted or required by law or by our integrity agreements. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Reporting a Concern

If you have information about match-fixing or corrupt conduct, please tell us at support@pund123.bet. Genuine reports are treated confidentially. Serious matters should also be reported to the relevant sporting body or to the police.

6. Consequences

Breaching this policy can result in account closure, forfeiture of relevant winnings, and referral to sporting bodies and authorities. Match-fixing and related conduct carry criminal penalties under Victorian law.
