Only persons aged 18 or over may use PUND123.BET. An age gate is shown to every visitor, and 18+ messaging appears across the site. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register or bet.

2. How We Verify Age

Before you can bet, we verify your identity and date of birth as part of our identity (KYC) checks. Where electronic verification is inconclusive, we request government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult are not permitted to bet.

3. We Do Not Target Minors

Our marketing and content are designed for adults. We do not use imagery, characters, or messaging that is likely to appeal particularly to people under 18, and we do not advertise in media or places directed at minors.

4. Help for Parents and Guardians

If you share a device with children, we recommend installing parental-control or content-filtering software to block gambling sites:

• Use your operating system's family controls and a content filter.
• Keep account credentials and payment cards out of reach of minors.
• Talk to your children about why gambling is for adults only.

5. If You Suspect Underage Use

If you believe someone under 18 is using our service or has accessed your account, contact us immediately at support@pund123.bet. We will investigate, suspend the account, and where a minor is confirmed we will close it, void relevant activity, and delete personal data we are not required to keep.

6. Consequences

Providing false information about your age, or enabling a minor to gamble, is a serious breach of these terms and may be an offence. Winnings derived from underage betting may be forfeited and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
